Financial Policy
Payment for dental services is expected at the time of treatment. Our office manager will discuss all payment options available prior to your treatment.
We currently accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. We also provide payment plans for qualified applicants.
Insurance
To avoid disappointment, we strongly suggest that patients contact their insurance company to make certain their insurance assumptions are correct. As you know, insurance companies pay only a portion of the dental investment.
Further, patients must realize that professional services are rendered to a person, not to an insurance company. Hence, the insurance company is responsible to the patient, and the patient is responsible to us. We cannot render services on the assumption that the charges will be paid by an insurance company.
As a service to you we will be happy to file your claims for you. And upon your request we will su pply you with a copy of services rendered. Any problems that may arise in settling your claim should be handled by you, since your insurance company will respond much faster when you contact them. We do not contact insurance companies by telephone. In order to help you settle any disputed claims you may have with your insurance company, please have them contact us by telephone.
